3. Payment Terms

Deposits: A deposit may be required before commencement of work, as specified in the agreement.Invoices: Invoices will be issued according to the payment schedule outlined in the agreement.Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to: Provide access to the property as needed. Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained, unless otherwise agreed.Communicate any concerns promptly to facilitate timely resolution.

5. Warranties
We warrant that our work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Specific warranty details will be provided in the agreement. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, or alterations by others.Normal wear and tear.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising out of our services is limited to the amount paid by you for those services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term and fails to cure such breach within a specified period. Upon termination, you agree to pay for all work performed up to the termination date.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or labor disputes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any written agreement or proposal, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior discussions and agreements.
